Training Plan

1st Degree Candidates

MMA

  • Clinches & stand-ups

  • All defenses

All Tae Kwon Do Basics

  • Down, Upper, Outside, Inside Defense

  • Middle Punch

  • Knife Hand Down and Middle

Kicks

  • Combination kicks

    • Slide round, fake front kick round kick, one low one high, rear leg round, wheel kick

    • Double punch, cross-step round, rear leg ax, cross-step round, rear leg ax, cross step round, wheel kick

3rd Degree Candidates

MMA

  • Whatever was not finished from last week

  • Section 4/5: Mount

  • Section 6: Back side mount

  • Section 7: North/South

Kicks

  • Free-sparring kicks

  • Combination kicks
